Owner-Chiagozie Peter Osonwa
An entrepreneur and a managing partner of a global think tank based in the USA. Chiagozie has over 8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. His dream is to bring back Africans in diaspora to reclaim the rich heritage they’re leaving behind back home.
The Managing Partner - Melissa Perkins
Melissa Perkins is the Managing Partner of GZ Realty. She brings more than 25 years of experience from multiple professional sectors. Born and raised in the United States, Melissa worked full time in the luxury property management industry while completing her university studies. After much success in converting sales, she pivoted to a vibrant career in education eventually launching a global think tank focused on international urban development. This is how her path crossed with GZ’s Founder Gozie Osonwa. As his mentor and partner, Ms. Perkins assists Gozie in expanding his land development talent in new markets while cultivating lucrative Nigerian land deals in both residential and commercial sectors. Melissa is currently growing GZ’s team in Kenya and the US. She’s also building a network of global partners to help establish our brand beyond Nigeria.
